Data processed

The site processes only the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• selected topic;
• message content.

Purpose and legal basis

Data submitted through the form is processed solely to respond to contact requests and manage the resulting communication.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject and the legitimate interest of the controller in answering the requests received (Art. 6 GDPR).

How data is processed

Processing is carried out using IT and electronic tools, adopting adequate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

Recipients and technical providers

The site is published through the Netlify hosting platform, and the contact form uses the Netlify Forms service to collect and forward messages. These technical providers process data as processors, limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.

Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Data collected through the form is kept for the time needed to handle the request and for related legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
